About the Program
The Kind Mask text message program (the “Program”) is operated by 1806916 Ontario Limited, operating as Kind Mask (“Kind Mask,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
The Program is available to mobile subscribers in the United States and Canada.
By joining the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms, which apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What You’ll Receive
When you sign up, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Kind Mask at the mobile number you provide.
These messages may include:
- Marketing messages, such as promotions, discounts, new product announcements, special offers and reminders about items left in your shopping cart; and
- Order and account messages, such as order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, and other information concerning your purchases or account, where these features are available.
Messages may be sent using automated technology and may include images or other media.
Signing Up Is Optional
Your consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Kind Mask.
To join the Program, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, and you must either be the account holder for the mobile number provided or have the account holder’s permission to enroll that number.
Costs and Message Frequency
Kind Mask does not charge a separate fee to participate in the Program.
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless service plan.

How to Stop Messages
You may unsubscribe from the Program at any time by replying STOP to a message from us.
We also honor other reasonable opt-out requests as required by applicable law, including recognized responses such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT, as well as requests submitted using the contact information below.
After you unsubscribe, you may receive a limited non-promotional message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed.
Replying STOP to a sending number may stop all text messages from that number, including order-related messages. You may continue to receive order and account information through email or other available channels.
To subscribe again, you may reply START or UNSTOP where supported, or enroll again through an available Kind Mask signup method.
Changing or Giving Up Your Mobile Number
If you change, cancel, transfer or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP before doing so or contact us using the information below.
This helps prevent messages intended for you from being delivered to a future user of that number.
If you want to continue receiving Kind Mask text messages at a new mobile number, you will need to enroll the new number in the Program.

Your Privacy
We process personal information associated with the Program as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may share mobile information with service providers that help us deliver, operate or administer the Program, including Klaviyo, telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, aggregators and related service providers.
We do not share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data or SMS consent status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except service providers that help us deliver, operate or administer our messaging program or where disclosure is otherwise required by law.
SMS consent provided to Kind Mask is specific to Kind Mask and does not authorize unrelated businesses to market to you.

Shopping Cart Reminders
If you have separately consented to receive SMS marketing and an applicable messaging flow is enabled, Kind Mask may use information about your interactions with the website, including shopping-cart activity, to determine whether to send you a cart reminder.
Participation in SMS marketing remains voluntary.
Changes to the Program
We may change the telephone number or short code used to operate the Program. If we do, we will provide notice where appropriate.
Messages sent to a telephone number or short code that we no longer use may not be received, including STOP or HELP requests.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Program or update these SMS Terms from time to time.
When these SMS Terms are updated, we will revise the Last Updated date above and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
Wireless Carrier and Service Limitations
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile networks, telecommunications providers and other systems involved in transmitting text messages may experience interruptions, delays or errors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kind Mask is not responsible for failed, delayed or misdirected messages, errors in message content, or actions taken in reliance on a message.
Nothing in these SMS Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
Relationship to Our Other Terms
Our Terms of Service, including any applicable provisions concerning governing law, dispute resolution and limitations of liability, apply to the Program to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If there is a conflict between these SMS Terms and applicable law, applicable law controls to the extent of that conflict.
