About the Program
The Kind Mask text messaging program (the “Program”) is operated by Kind Mask (“Kind Mask,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
The Program is available to eligible mobile subscribers in the United States and Canada.
These SMS Terms apply to your participation in the Program in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What You'll Receive
When you subscribe to the Program, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Kind Mask at the mobile number you provide, in accordance with the consent you give.
Depending on your subscription and the messaging features available, these messages may include:
- Marketing messages: Promotions, discounts, new product announcements, special offers, and reminders about items left in your shopping cart.
- Order and account messages: Order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, and other information concerning your purchases or account, where these features are enabled.
Messages may be sent using automated technology and may include images, links, or other media.
Signing Up Is Optional
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Kind Mask.
You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate in the Program.
By enrolling a mobile number, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and are authorized to provide consent to receive text messages at that number.
Costs and Message Frequency
Kind Mask does not charge a separate fee to participate in the Program.
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless service plan. Please contact your wireless provider for information about applicable charges.
Message frequency varies depending on your subscription, interactions with Kind Mask, and the messages or campaigns being sent.
How to Stop Messages
You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a text message from Kind Mask.
We also honor other reasonable requests to withdraw SMS consent as required by applicable law. These may include recognized replies such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT, as well as requests submitted using the contact information below.
After unsubscribing, you may receive a limited non-promotional message confirming your request, where permitted.
Unsubscribing from a sending number may stop all text messages from that number, including order-related messages. You may continue receiving order and account information through email or other available channels.
If you wish to subscribe again, you may enroll through an available Kind Mask signup method or use START or UNSTOP where supported.
If you previously replied STOP to a toll-free sending number, you may need to reply START or UNSTOP to that number before messages can resume, even if you enroll again through our website.
Changing or Giving Up Your Mobile Number
If you change, cancel, transfer, or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP before doing so or contact us to request removal of that number from the Program.
This helps prevent messages intended for you from being delivered to a future user of your number.
If you wish to receive messages at a new mobile number, you must enroll that number separately.

Your Privacy
We process personal information associated with the Program in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may share personal information with service providers that help us deliver, operate, or administer the Program, including Klaviyo, telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, aggregators, and related service providers.
We do not share mobile telephone numbers collected through the Program, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except service providers that help us deliver, operate, or administer the Program, or where disclosure is required by law.
Consent provided to Kind Mask is specific to Kind Mask and does not authorize unrelated businesses to send marketing messages to you.
Shopping Cart Reminders
Where you have separately consented to SMS marketing and an applicable messaging flow is enabled, Kind Mask may send reminders concerning items left in your shopping cart.
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to identify shopping-cart activity, including when a cart has been abandoned, and to determine whether a reminder should be sent.

Changes to the Program
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or update these SMS Terms from time to time.
We may also change the telephone number or short code used to operate the Program. If a sending number changes, we will make reasonable efforts to inform subscribers where appropriate.
Messages sent to a discontinued number, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received. If you cannot reach us through a sending number, please contact us directly using the support information above.
When these SMS Terms are updated, we will revise the Last Updated date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
Wireless Carrier and Service Limitations
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile networks, telecommunications providers, and other systems involved in transmitting messages may experience interruptions, delays, or errors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kind Mask is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, errors in message content, or actions taken in reliance on a message.
Nothing in these SMS Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Relationship to Our Other Terms
These SMS Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the relevant provisions of our Terms of Service also apply to the Program.
If any provision of these SMS Terms conflicts with applicable law, applicable law will control to the extent of that conflict.
